Important Information about Registration for 2010-2011

• Minor Hockey Registration Nights - Sept. 8 & 9, 2010 at the Minnedosa Arena 6:00 - 9:00 pm
  (please note that this is a date change from the first notice of registration dates)
  
  • Registration information flyer
  • Previous registrants can review and sign forms provided at registration night and bring 2 cheques (1 for registration; 1 for canteen fees) to registration night
  • New Registrations can complete these forms (registration form | player medical form) and bring them, along with 2 cheques (one for registration; 1 for canteen fees) to registration night
  • FOR ALL PLAYERS - a parent signature is required at the time of registration
